The Company has designed and developed an organic transistor with a novel device architecture, called the Vertical Organic Field Effect Transistor (VOFET). ORFID’s goal is to commercialize this technology for a wide range of electronic applications including Active Matrix Organic LED (AMOLED) displays and RFID tags.
